Postpartum

Postpartum Alignment and Balance

Whether you're a new mother seeking to regain pre-pregnancy fitness levels or looking to prioritize your well-being during this transformative time, our Postpartum Alignment and Balance Workout Class offers a supportive and nurturing environment to help you on your journey to postpartum recovery and beyond.

This unique class can be offered 1-1 or in a small group. We will focus on:

  • Core Strengthening: Reconnect with your core muscles and rebuild abdominal strength safely and effectively, targeting areas that may have weakened during pregnancy and childbirth.

  • Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation: Learn techniques to restore and strengthen the pelvic floor muscles, promoting bladder control, pelvic stability, and overall pelvic health.

  • Alignment Correction: Address postural imbalances and realign the body to alleviate discomfort and prevent injury, helping you move with ease and comfort in your daily activities.

  • Mind-Body Connection: Foster a sense of mindfulness and body awareness, empowering you to listen to your body's signals and practice self-care as you navigate the postpartum period.

Dynamic Aging

Specialized workouts blend functional training principles with dynamic movements tailored to the needs of older adults. With a focus on enhancing mobility, balance, and strength, our sessions aim to empower you to live life to the fullest at any age.
